© Seb’s Panini 2012                                                          The little story                                                                                                              In July 2007, Sebastien Delan opened the first Seb’s Panini stand at the farmer’s market in Ocean Beach (San Diego) California. He was born and raised in Marseilles, in the south of France, in a typical Mediterranean tradition. Helping his parents in the fruit and vegetable retail as a child, and working in diverse restaurants as a student to pay for school, Sebastien developed a knowledge and taste for culinary sciences. This heritage has become the foundation for the creation of our panini collection. At Seb’s Panini, we do not tolerate any compromises with the selection of ingredients, the freshness of the product, nor the presention. We thrive to defend a certain “art de vivre” through all of our products - gourmand and refined, warm and timeless.
